Still fails WP:GNG as far as I can see. The arguments for "keep" last time round were invalid: one said that it should be kept because it was listed in a navbox (which is kinda circular) and the other said it should be kept because H. A. Rose mentioned it in his Glossary of the Tribes and Castes..., but that book by a British Raj administrator has long been deemed to be an unreliable source. I haven't been able to verify the alleged alternate spelling of Sian, which obviously might form the basis of a redirect to Sian or the Iranian town. We don't seem to have articles for anyone who uses Seyan as a last name. - Sitush (talk) 14:52, 10 October 2016 (UTC)
