Murder of Kristin Smart

Kristin Smart is a missing person. She has been missing since May 1996 and has not been heard from since, neither has any evidence as to her whereabouts nor concrete findings have been found since. Many theories as to what has has happened to her have cropped up however, and many people believe that the person who was last seen with her, Paul Flores, is at least in some way or another involved with her disapearance. Flores has many times since then invoked the 5th amendment and is refusing to speak to the police.
Kristin's Last Known Movements
Kristin was last seen at a end of year party on May 26th, 1996. She was originally reported to have turned up at the party at midnight, but it now appears from other student's testimony that she turned up earlier, at least around the time frame of 10pm. She was seen on at least one occasion in a conversation with Paul Flores. Around 2pm, at which time Kristin had gotten into a somewhat drunken state according to other students, she began being walked back to her dorm with another student called Cheryl Anderson. Cheryl and another student called Tim Davis began walking back towards the dorms with Kristin. They walked for a bit, then Paul Flores showed up and apparently offered to walk Kristin home to the dorms. Cheryl was originally apprehensive, but agreed begrudgingly. Tim and Cheryl then walked off to their dorms in the opposite direction, whilst Paul Flores and Kristin Smart walked in the other direction. Paul originally stated before he began invoking the 5th amendment that he had walked Kristin to the door of the building where the dorm was situated and then made his own way back to his own dorm.
Kristin is now officially presumed deceased.
