The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (commonly referred to as the "D triple C") is the Democratic Hill committee for United States House of Representatives, working to elect Democrats to that body. The current chair is Rep. Robert Matsui of California.

Previously a somewhat obscure organization for many grassroots Democrats, in the 2004 cycle the DCCC has placed a heavy emphasis on online outreach to small donors, using blogs and other tools. It has also partnered with Howard Dean's Democracy for America.
