Bomb The Suburbs (ISBN 1887128445), originally published in 1994, is the first book written by William Upski Wimsatt. It is published by Subway & Elevated Press, a division of Soft Skull Press. The book is a mix of storytelling, journalism and original research on a broad range of topics like suburban sprawl, hip hop culture, wiggers, youth activism, graffiti, and Chicago. Only 3,000 copies were printed of the first edition. [1]

Bomb The Suburbs started somewhat of a Wimsatt cult following, leading to subsequent books and political activism. [2]
