Robert "Robbie" Jackson is a fictional character in the Tom Clancy Ryanverse, he met Jack Ryan while both were teaching at the US Naval Academy, and the two became good friends (??) In the novel Patriot Games Robbie helps Ryan eliminate the Irish terrorists that attack Jack's house. In the novel Executive Orders Jackson is named Ryan's Vice President
