Frederick C. Dunlap (born May 21, 1859 in Philadelphia, PA, died December 1, 1902 in Philadelphia, PA) was a baseball player for the Cleveland Blues (1880-1883), St. Louis Maroons (1884-1886), Detroit Wolverines (1886-1887), Pittsburgh Alleghenys (1888-1890), New York Giants (1890), and the Washington Statesmen (1891).

Sure Shot Dunlap was a second baseman. He hit for the cycle on May 24, 1886.
