Ruto

Ruto is a character in the game The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. She is the princess of the Zora, an aquatic species that lives in Zora's Domain. During the game, she is feeding the Zora god, Jabu-Jabu, when he suddenly swallows her special pendant, the Zora's Sapphire, or as she calls it, the Zora engagment ring. She goes into the gigantic fish to try and reteive it, leaving behind a note in a botle asking for help. The main character in the game, Link comes and is able to help her. She gives Link the Zora Sapphire as thanks. (It should also be noted that she seems to develope a crush on Link.) Later in the game, she goes to try and stop the flow of evil coming from the Water Temple. Once again, she is saved by Link. She is then revealed to be the Water Sage.
