This is my first time creating a Wikipedia page. I don't have a clue what I did wrong, except that I hadn't included a category and had untypical formatting for Wikipedia. Is the page in danger of being deleted?--Ann222 12:47, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No, no, you haven;t done anything wrong, your article just needs work. The reason I placed the "cleanup" tag on it was so that it *would not* be proposed for speedy deletion. The title is a bit odd but then I dont know much abotu this subject. Complete your article and when it is done and looks nice and complete, just remove the tag. If it was being considered for deletion, it would say so.
Let me know if there is anything that I can do to help. (Arundhati Bakshi (talkcontribs)) 12:59, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Right now this page reads, to my eyes, more like a user's manual than an encyclopedic description. Without having gone to the Sansa page you reference in the introduction, it's hard for me really get an idea of what a "Sansa m200" is or what I'm supposed to be learning about it. From what I gather, it's an MP3 player of sorts? So maybe reading the iPod page would help you get an idea of what the article should look like as far as content and style goes. I agree. You need a good lead in WP:LEAD so the reader will know what this thing is. All I meant to do was to tell you to clean up the article and make it clearer, expand it a littkle. It could be a good article with some work. (Arundhati Bakshi (talkcontribs)) 13:11, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks guys. I did explain a little since, though not too much. I don't want to duplicate what's on the Sandisk Sansa page. I'll see what I can differentiate. It was meant as a user manual, BTW. The user manual that ships with the players is supposedly horrible. I've been researching this thing for months. And just a few days prior to actually acquiring it, I wanted to summarize what I've learnt. I'll add more when I've got the player and have figured out what works for me. It's a good player, but so hard to figure out for newbies, some stear clear for that reason alone, which is a shame, when a good wiki page could be all that's needed to avoid the problems.--Ann222 13:21, 7 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
