Daudin's Bronzeback Dendrelaphis tristis is a species of snake found in Sri Lanka, India (Maharashtra (Ghoshalkhamb-near Lonavla)), Pakistan ?, Nepal

Identification It is a long slender snake with a bronze coloured line running down its back.It has a pointed head.

Food Feeds maily on tree geckos,small sparrows etc.It gracefully moves through thick vegetation.Completely harmless snake.

General It broadens it neck to show white and blueish coloration when disturbed.
