A Universal Address is an eight or ten character Natural Area Code (NAC) to represent the exact location of a building, house, gate, door, bus stop, etc anywhere in the world. Compared with a street address, the advantages of a Universal Address are: reducing 80% of characters, language independent, available at all locations in the world, able to be directly pinpointed on all maps with Universal Map Grids, able to be measured and navigated with GPS receivers, easy to for people to remember and communicate, easy to input and display on small devices, and easy to include on business cards and list on yellow pages.
