Alan Curtis (July 24, 1909 - February 2, 1953) was an American film actor appearing in over 50 films.

Harry Ueberroth was born in Chicago, Illinois. He began as a model before becoming an actor. He began appearing in films in the late 1930s and has memorable roles in such movies as High Sierra (1941) and the role of a man setup as a murderer in Phantom Lady (1944). He has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Alan Curtis was married three times; his wives included actresses Priscilla Lawson and Ilona Massey.

He died during an operation, aged 43.
