Malvern Hills is a district in Worcestershire, England. Its council is based in Malvern.

The Malvern Hills are a famous beauty spot, with scenic views over the counties of Herefordshire and Worcestershire. The Hills run north/south for about 13km and overlook the River Severn to the East, with the Cotswolds beyond. The highest point of the Hills is the Worcestershire Beacon at 425 metres. The Malvern Hills were the inspiration for the famous 14th Century poem Piers Plowman by William Langland.

The current local government district was formed on April 1, 1998 by the merger of part of the old districts of Malvern Hills and Leominster. The remainder of these districts went to Herefordshire.
