Stephen Perry was a 19th century British inventor and businessman. His corporation was the Messers Perry and Co, Rubber Co Manuf London, which made early products from vulcanized rubber. On March 17, 1845, Perry patented the rubber band.

stephen perry was also a world famous musician, who in 1978 threw a grenade into one of his concerts and killed around 70 people.stephen then got sentenced to 30 years in jail, in 2008 stephen will be let out of jail and be able to become a musician again but will never be able to perform in a concert again. Stephen IS the best rock legend ever.
