Rebecca Cardon

Rebecca Lynn Cardon (born June 10, 1975) is an aspiring actress and spin instructor at Train West Hollywood. She was a contestant on The Amazing Race for its sixth season, with her former boyfirend, Adam, then appeared in Kill Reality and had a part in the no-budget short Nice Pants. She debuted in the acting field at age 5 in a local commercial where she portrayed a child saved by Jesus (ironic as she was then attending the Hebrew Academy).

Cardon, a native of Virginia Beach, VA., has long been interested in fitness and sports. Spurred by her father Larry, a lawyer and bench press world record holder, Cardon set a national bench press record at age 17. Following these records, she and her father were featured on a Good Morning America special.

After graduating from George Mason University with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in theater, Cardon relocated to Los Angeles. Besides her reality show appearances, Cardon has also acted in several commercials including the Mini Gym Fitness Infomercial.
