KACV is a public television and college radio broadcast service located in Amarillo, Texas. It is licensed and operated by the city's community college, Amarillo College. It operates primarily KACV-TV 2 (television) and KACV-FM 89.9 (radio). KACV's television broadcast is affiliated with PBS and its radio broadcast is independent.

KACV is operated in Amarillo College's Washington Street campus. As a PBS member station, KACV-TV provides Texas Panhandle viewers with several PBS television series such as NOVA, American Experience, and Sesame Street. The station also produces local programming such as the weekly talk show, Face to Face.

KACV-FM airs college rock music during the weekdays.
