The New Guy----

I'm new to Wikipedia, so be nice to me! I hope you'll all welcome me into this very tight-knit community, and I would be honored if you did. I'm sure I can make a huge contribution to the site!

Steven Hawking

Despite his crippling handicap, Steven Hawking remains one of the great minds of our time. He is the author of such books as Life, What's It All About Anyway?, and Where The Hell Is My Tea?

Early Years

During a residency at Cambridge, Hawking gained a fascination with the sport of cricket. He was quite promising, and was considering a professional career as a cricket player before he was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis. The world lost a cricket player, and gained one of the brilliant philosophical minds of our time. After a brief flirtation with astro-physics, he picked up a Douglas Adams book in the campus library one day, and knew he had found his true calling. To run his own detective agency. And the hawk finally died.I ate the delicious hawk.

Today

Steven Hawking currently resides in Yorkshire with his pet iguana, Fluffy, and a cotillion of cats.
