Oppose, Is this a joke?, used on a template for being used on the right side of the article as a directory, the bottom one is designed for articles that are in the topic and this template is for the actual topic. (I also think it's strange that one of the lower-placing winners has a chart single when the winners don't, but that's beside the point.)
