Princess Luisa Maria of Belgium, Archduchess of Austria-Este (Luisa Maria Anna Martine Pilar, born October 11 1995), Princess Imperial of Austria, Princess Royal of Hungary and Bohemia, Princess of Modena, is the fourth child of HI&RH Prince Lorenz, Archduke of Austria-Este and HI&RH Princess Astrid of Belgium. She was born at the University Clinic St. Luc, Woluwe-St-Lambert/Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe, Belgium and is currently tenth in line to the Belgian throne. All of her grandparents and great-grandparents are royal -he descends from the Austrian, Belgian, Italian, French and Swedish royal families.

She has two older brothers Amedeo (b. 1986), Prince Joachim, Archduke of Austria-Este (b. 1991), one older sister and one younger sister: Maria Laura (b. 1988) and Laetitia Maria (b. 2003).
