Zhanna Pintusevych-Blok (née Tarnopolska) (Ukrainian: Жанна Пинтусевич-Блок; born July 6, 1972, in Nizhyn, Ukraine) is a sprinter who has competed in the Olympic Games.

Her 100m personal best time of 10.82s was set in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, on August 6, 2001.
