Peggy Nadramia is High Priestess of the Church of Satan. She became High Priestess on April 30, 2002, when she was appointed to the office by the previous High Priestess, Blanche Barton. Previously, she had served as Magistra Templi Rex of the Church. In 1985, she founded the horror fiction magazine Grue, which she now co-edits with her husband Peter Gilmore. She and Gilmore founded the Satanic magazine The Black Flame in 1989, which soon became the de facto official Satanic periodical. Nadramia penned the introduction to the current edition of LaVey's The Satanic Witch.

Some Satanists who choose not to affliate themselves with the Church of Satan cite dissatisfaction with the leadership of Nadramia as a reason for not doing so.
