The books are published by Orchard Books, an imprint of Scholastic Inc. The series tells the adventures of the Order of the Grey Griffins. The four members of the order: Max Sumner, Natalia Romanov, Ernie Tweeny, and Harley Eisenstein, embark on magical missions in a quest to save the world.
