Barnacle -- I copied this over from the first page you created because I'm going to delete that one now that I see you have a proper user page:

I think (?) you intended the Deadbarnacle page to be your user page at User:Deadbarnacle. However, you have not yet created that handle and are still an anon. user. Follow the instructions for creating a login, and enter "Deadbarnacle" under user name. Then this page will be created in the proper User space not the Encyclopedia name space.
