The Antillean Adventist University (AAU) is a private, coeducational, Christian, and non-profit university in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. It was founded in 1957 as the Puerto Rican Adventist College, and later renamed to Antillean College until its accreditation by the Council of Higher Education of Puerto Rico on August 18, 1989.

The university is sponsored by and affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and is situated within 284 acres (1.1 km²) of mountainous land close to the Atlantic Ocean. AAU offers undergraduate studies in arts and sciences, and graduate studies in arts.
