Razor Hill is a fictional city in World of Warcraft located in the realm of Durotar. It's a halfway point to the Orc city of Orgrimmar from where the character receives his quests to enter the Barrens.

Razor Hill has an inn, class trainers, and profession trainers, as well as quest givers and NPC vendors and is the second largest settlement in Durotar.
