The town of Bantry possesses a small and privately owned airfield callsign EIBN at N51° 40' 07.60" W9° 29' 03.90" The landing strip longes the coast, only some hundres of metres away.

Bantry Town railway station opened on 22 October 1892, but finally closed on 1 April 1961.[1]
