ANSWER (Act Now to Stop War and End Racism) is a protest organization established by the International Action Center, which was founded by former U.S. attorney general Ramsey Clark.

ANSWER has ties to the Workers' World Party, a small American Trotskyite group which has defended dictators that the United States has disapproved of, such as Slobodan Milosevic and Saddam Hussein, and has been accused of anti-Semitism. Anti-war activists excused these ties by claiming that the movement against the Iraq war in its early stages needed all the help that it could get, and that most participants in demonstrations in which ANSWER participated in organizing rejected the views of the WWP.
