Terror 2000 is a melodic death metal band from Helsingborg, Sweden.
A side project of Soilwork singer Björn "Speed" Strid, the band also includes guitar players Klaus Ideberg (of Darkane) and Nick Sword, drummer Erik Thyselius, and bass guitar player Dan Svensson. The band was initially formed under the name "Killing Machine", and its original drummer was Henry Ranta of Soilwork, but he was replaced between the release of their albums Faster Disaster and Slaughter in Japan.
Von Benzo singer Jay Smith has sang backup in one song from the latest album "Terror for Sale" in the song "King Kong Song".
