Found a new person to add to the list--and ITS ALIVE!!! Dorothy Constance Stratton (born March 24, 1899) and alive at age 104. She was the the first leader and first member of the of the U.S. Women’s Coast Guard Reserve from 1942-1946, national director of the Girl Scouts of America (1950–60), and dean of women at Purdue University (1933-1942)and in 1946 was appointed the first personnel director of the International Monetary Fund. She was also a good friend of Amelia Earhart.
