The Book of Failures

The Book of Failures, by Stephen Pile, has been repeatedly published under various names such as The Book of Heroic Failures (1980 & 1986), "The Book of Failures" (1978) , "The (Incomplete) Book of Failures", and "The Incomplete Book of Failures, The Official Handbook of the Not-Terribly-Good Club of Great Britain". Related titles by the same author include "Cannibals in the Cafeteria and Other Fabulous Failures" (1988) and "The Return of Heroic Failures" (1989).

michael cohrs

Michael Cohrs (b. 1956, Midland, Michigan) is currently (as of 2007) the Head of Global Banking and Member of the Group Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank. He attended Harvard College (1975 - 1979) and Harvard Business School (1979 - 1981). He began his career by joining Goldman, Sachs in New York City. Source Bloomberg.
