Occam's Machete (born April 1, 1992) better known as Luke is an American person. Yep. Just a person. I live just as everyone else. A little less expensive than some, per say.

Where I Live

Okay, here's the catch. I'm a bit below rich. I live in a somewhat rural Tennessee town called Millington. Love it. My personal views of life, choices, love, and some other things I believe personally would probably come into conflict with most of the citizens of said town, but I'm okay with that. They have the right to believe what they believe, just as I have the right to believe what I want to believe.

Family

I'm not big on God. Well, at least not the God that was taught in my house growing up. Speaking of which, I had 2 step brothers, Charles and David. David past away last year in a horrible swimming accident. My mother Kathy also passed away, after a long and drawn out battle with lung cancer. She left me a jacket that I wear every day of the year, but boy does it get hot here in jonny.

God

But back to God, I feel somewhat different than some believers. Don't get me wrong though, I believe in a higher power, just not the Judeo-Christian God or the Muslim God or the Hindu Gods or the Greek gods or etc.. I take my view directly from the womb: George Carlin. That man helped me live after my mother died. He and of course, my Uncle.

Uncle Will

William Everett Yarbrough is my uncle (maternal). I feel bad about how Will grew up. His step-father was abusive (He's a lot better now), his mother was always in an out of the hospital (She has a wooden leg now), all of his sister have died horrible deaths; Ann liver cancer; Kathy lung cancer; Glenda car accident. And after my mom died, she handed me over to him. At the time, he was a husband, to Denyc Lynn Oesterblad. Say that three times fast. No seriously.

But anyway, they now have a child, Lennon, who is now almost 2. Woopee. Don't you just love terrible 2's?

Will has had an abundance of medical problems; Umbilical cord hernia a few years back, which was understandedly painful, and then a kidney stone about a year ago. Poor guy. But hey, he got stoned off his rocker on dilaudid. Oh well. He's turning 35 soon. That means he'll be 40 in 5 years. Muahahahahahaha!!!

Interests

I'm a high school student, and I'm very enthusiastic about taking psychology and sociology. My friend Stephan, who himself is a bit psychotic, is also taking those two courses because he wants to know why people do things and what they're thinking when they do it.

I'm also big on psychology, with some of my faves being Nietzsche, Spinoza, and Descartes.

In my future, I hope to be a Diagnostician. I just love the idea that you have an entire world of different germs and viruses and bacteria and infections, and they themselves leave cryptic messages inside they're carriers body, and that if you, the Diagnostician, cannot discover why, then the bad guy wins. I admit I may a bit perverted, but it does interest me.

Favorites

Music

My favorite band of all time is The Beatles, with my favorite musician of ever being Eric Clapton. Another good one was Nirvana, especially their song 'In Bloom', which is what gave me the idea to become a cryptic code solving diagnostician. A few runner up bands are: Weird Al Yankovic, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Gorillaz, and Weezer.

All of the above mentioned, mind you, have songs with very poetic lyrics. That's the kinda music I like. I'd rather a lyric that says chop your breakfast on a mirror than baby, oh yeah, oh yeah (you know, like most of today's stuff) or RRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!! I'm gunna fuck you with a knife and castrate you with a broken coke bottle. Kinda not my thing.

TV/Film/Video Games

My fave tv show is House, M.D.. The lead man has one of the best outlooks of any character. I'd even consider putting him above Holden Caulfield or Piggy.

I don't really have a favorite movie. I guess you could consider the 2nd Season of Penn and Teller's Bullshit!
