Khaled Abu Toameh
Khaled Abu Toameh (Arabic: خالد أبو توأمة) is an Israeli Arab Muslim journalist, documentarian and the West Bank and Gaza correspondent for the Jerusalem Post and U.S. News and World Report. He is also the Palestinian affairs producer for NBC News since 1988. His articles are published in numerous publications such as The Sunday Times, Daily Express and the New Republic.
Khaled Abu Toameh was previously a senior writer for The Jerusalem Report, and a correspondent for Al-Fajr. He has produced several documentaries on the Palestinians for the BBC, Channel 4, Australian, Danish and Swedish TV, including ones that exposed the connection between Arafat and payments to the armed wing of Fatah and the financial corruption within the Palestinian Authority.[1]
Abu Toameh received his BA in English Literature from the Hebrew University and currently lives in Jerusalem.
