Kamila Rajdlová (born April 22, 1978) is a Czech cross country skier who has competed since 1996. She finished fifth in the 4 x 5 km relay at the 2007 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Sapporo and had her best individual finish of 11th in the 30 km event at those same championships.

Rajdlová's best finish at the Winter Olympics was 27th in the 30 km event at Salt Lake City in 2002.

She has eleven individual victories (ten in FIS races, one in Nor-Am Cup) at distances up to 10 km since 2001. Rajdlová's best individual World Cup finish was 10th in a 10 km event in Estonia in 2007.
