PRV engine is an automobile engine developed jointly by Peugeot, Renault and Volvo. It's a petrol, V6 engine with an unusual angle of 90 degrees between the cylinders and a volume of about 2.7 litres. It was launched in 1975 in Peugeot 604, Renault 30, and Volvo 260 and has since then been used in many more models.
