Headstrong is the album by High School Musical and The Suite Life of Zack & Cody star, Ashley Tisdale. The album features the hits Be Good To Me & He Said She Said & was released on February 6, 2007 via Warner Bros Records.[2]

On December 22, 2006, Tisdale debuted her single, "Be Good to Me" on AOL Music: First Listen. On December 25, 2006, it debuted on Radio Disney. On April 19th, there was a "first look" at the video, "Be Good To Me" on MTV's Total Request Live (TRL).

According to DJ Jack D. Elliot, his remixed version of Ashley's song "So Much For You" has been picked up by shops for future commercials.
