Revert

The revert you made earlier was not a just one and I assume it was done by a script. You reverted my vandalism correction, thus creating vandalism. Idontsteal 19:22, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Safeway

I deleted the section based on the fact that one it is trivia and two its unencyclopedic as it is as it is written poorly and also a common practice everywhere for every business so it doesn't contribute much its just like when people complain about an article or section being ethnocentric expect its within one country. If we want a section like this we should rename it and it should have examples from more than DC and a mere mention it happens in San Fransisco. I am unsure this section is helpful though. Oh and I do have an account I just didnt realise i had logged out and i need to log back in lol I just was explaining my actions for the benefit of explanation im not going to repeat them but i will put it on the pages discussion page instead so someone else can figure it out because im not going to unilateraly remove something and I know I cant rework it to fit so I'll give someone else the chance 71.131.33.187 19:31, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia sections are included in some articles, but not recommended. See WP:TRIVIA. Real96 19:50, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've always understood it as a don't use one unless you are using it as an expansion point as it talks about incorporating it into the articles main text when possible. But anyways the general Wikipedia population will be able to decide what to do with it I put a discussion page 1 on there and hopefully something will be done be it deletion or expansion or at least a broader understanding of what we should accept in here (even if its me who has to reinterpret the rules)(finally logged on-->)Shimonnyman 20:06, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Response

The media presence on campus has been noticeable since the comments were made. The Daily Targum, our student paper, as well as the state's largest paper The Star-Ledger have made several articles on it. I know that Imus came down, yesterday I believe, to personally apologize to the coach and the team. I doubt that the actual press is going to come on here to ask RU students about the situation. With regards to the link, feel free to add it on, it's an official response from University President McCormick after all.--Jersey Devil 17:39, 14 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sig problem

No, I'm still getting the same problem; I tried your formula, and checked the "raw sig.." but it still gives me a "Invalid raw signature; check HTML tags." message <font face="verdana"><font color=#6633cc>Lob</font></font><font face="verdana"><font color=#CC66FF>buss</font></font> 15:13, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Try this. <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #6633cc>Lob</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #CC66FF>bus</span> Real96 15:23, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I am still getting the same message: <span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #6633cc>Lob</span><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: #CC66FF>bus</span> 15:30, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Try making your signature simpler. Or better yet, please contact Gracenotes of this problem, because I am not good with HTML tags. Real96 15:35, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Checkuser

You could possibly archive this checkuser on reflection. The account has since been blocked as a clear sock, and after checking any pages created were made before the community ban was official, so aren't technically eligible for deletion using db-banned so it would be a checkuser for no real purpose. Thanks. One Night In Hackney303 18:39, 15 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The check user case can't be archived due to the check user not making his, or her decision to decline or accept the case. Real96 00:08, 16 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Help Me

When I get new messages on my Talk Page, why is it that the orange bar ("You have new messages") does NOT appear? How do I correct that? Thank you. (JosephASpadaro 03:53, 16 April 2007 (UTC))[reply]
