The Atlantic City Expressway (officially numbered, but unsigned, as New Jersey State Highway 446) is a controlled-access toll road in New Jersey. It is a 44-mile-long toll highway, running as an extension of New Jersey State Highway 42 in Turnersville, New Jersey to Atlantic City, New Jersey. It was constructed in 1962 as a better alternative to U.S. Highway 30, U.S. Highway 40, and U.S. Highway 322 for travelers going to Atlantic City.
