"My Fallen Idol" is the 114th episode of the American situation comedy Scrubs. It originally aired as Episode 21 of Season 5 on May 2, 2006.
Episode overview
Dr. Cox shows up to work drunk after the death of three patients, and J.D., Elliot, Carla, Turk, Jordan, Dr. Kelso and even Keith take turns trying to get him out of severe depression. J.D. is the ultimately the one to pull Dr. Cox out of his depression, telling him that he is proud of him, not because he tried his best, but that the death of his patients still puts him into a depression, and saying that that's the kind of doctor he wants to be.
In the subplot, Turk has a problem with the new surgical attendant, who is a little too much of an extrovert for Turk to warm up to. Template:Endspoiler
