Hi! My nickname is Addict 2006. (Don't take it seriously!) I'm a somewhat-new user of Wikipedia since March of 2006 and I'm an admitted Japanophile. In the meantime, I've been contributing anonymously to the Homestar Runner Wiki[1] since December 2006 and officially became a member there (through bypassing reluctancy and motivation) on January 18, 2007.

Username's origin and alternate name

I came up with this nickname (or username) because I used to call myself a "bubbob" addict (a term seemingly made up from the game Bubble Bobble, or the characters Bub and Bob).

My other nickname is Superslinger in other sites. While playing a former Lego.com Bionicle game called Huai Snowball Sling, a preview of a GBA game, the game said that Lego.com members could be able to post their high scores. I then decided to get a Lego.com account. After a while of pondering, I settled on that nickname with the idea of "slinging" from that game.

This list was last updated January 17, 2007 and is considered complete to this day.

I think being a Wikipedian means reading and fixing articles, as well as creating them. Here's a list of all the articles I created (though many may still be stubs), sorted by what was created first.

These do not include pages with sections created by me.

• Bubble Bobble Part 2 Created March 22, 2006 (NOT BB2 for the arcade; it's a game on the NES and Game Boy systems. And it's "Part 2", not just "2".)
  • Though without the help of Ppk01 (cleaned up the article from the non-encyclopedic format I typed it up in) and Jeffro77 (rephrased the sentences from the NES manual to make them more encyclopedic), it wouldn't be as good as it would be today.
• Bust-A-Move Millennium Created April 22, 2006 (A probably little-known game for the Game Boy Color.)
  • This time, I typed it in a more encyclopedic format.
• CHKF-FM Fairchild Radio, 94.7 FM - Article created October 29, 2006

Defeating vandals

This list is as of January 4, 2007 and may be changed as days progress.

Template:User zero-tolerance Only a few times through random browsing (not the Random article thing) have I cleared vandalism caused by "unknown" IP numbers.

Often, my way of clearing vandalism is of a two-part process (probably to gain credit for clearing it). I just remove the vandalizing text, and then I revert to a last version of the page, to restore previous content. I don't know if I do that anymore.

Interests

My interests include:

• The Bubble Bobble series (and possibly its spinoff, Puzzle Bobble/Bust A Move (see userboxes below))
• The Star Wars saga (my favourite characters since Episode III came out are Anakin Skywalker and Darth Vader (I think they're one and the same);
• My favorite types of music are rock, rap, and pop. However, I doesn't like classic rock (though that may change), or all types of rap.
• Doing computer stuff, like HTML, Flash, and Wikipedia, notably. I also like making up music videos of shows (see longer interest lists) using Movie Maker
