Maps are available in four versions: charts, satellite images, satellite images with captions and legend (hybrid).

The illumination of the district, city or region is available after searching the organization on the site. There is the possibility of viewing the streets on maps.

The search is available both by geographical objects (addresses, streets, cities, regions and countries), and by organizations. On maps, it is possible to measure distance, make routes and view street panoramas.

For a number of cities the Yandex.Probki service is available: the indicator of road congestion. The level of congestion is determined by a ten-point digital scale and by a four-color graphic, information is collected from traffic cameras. The indications of this service can be taken into account in the automatic routing of routes.

There is a mobile application "Yandex Maps" for iOS, Android и Windows Phone.

You can make new data on the map with the help of its editor "People's map".
