Starting a new page when I already have one waiting approval
This help request has been answered. If you need more help, you can , contact the responding user(s) directly on their user talk page, or consider visiting the Teahouse. |
I have written one draft page which is awaiting approval and is still in my sandbox. I want to start another new page on a different person. How can I do it without writing over the existing page?

- Wikipedia pages are named based on the URL. At the moment User:BMacmillan/sandbox is just a redirect, so you could edit that page directly if you wanted, but you could also create User:BMacmillan/sandbox2 or User:BMacmillan/Name of person. As a third option, you could use the Article Wizard to create a page directly in the Draft space (doing this will also automatically add the "submit your draft" templates). If you want more help, change the {{help me-helped}} back into a {{help me}}, stop by the Teahouse, Wikipedia's live help channel, or the help desk to ask someone for assistance. - (edit conflict) The draft has since been moved to Draft:Marc Di Saverio, leaving your sandbox to redirect to the draft. I'll remove the redirect so you can re-use your sandbox (while the Di Saverio draft will remain unaffected, awaiting a review under its current title). Huon (talk) 21:07, 5 March 2017 (UTC)
Where's my user page? I've been on for 6 days and have created and frequently edited two pages.
I started my new Wikipedia account five days ago. In that time I have submitted two pages for approval - and done numerous edits on each. One has been redirected (I'm not sure what that means) and the other is in my sandbox#2. The latter is not publicly accessible. The redirect was for a while after I completed it, but isn't any more either, for whatever reason.
When I log in, it tells me my user page does not yet exist. It's been six days now and probably at least 2 dozen edits cumulatively over the 2 pages. I have met both thresholds as far as I can see. What is the problem?
