The Fazao Mafakassa National Park is located in the central mountains of Togo.[1] The site is currently being considered for inclusion in the World Heritage list of sites with "outstanding universal value" to the world.[2]

World Heritage Status

This site was added to the UNESCO World Heritage Tentative List on January 8th, 2002 in the Mixed (Cultural + Natural) category.[3]
