Foundation

Northeast Yucai School is an educational institute in Shenyang, China. From 1927 - 1932, it was an annex of Manchurian Special Educational School. From 1933 to 1946, it was Fengtian Chiyoda Primary School(Mandarin: 奉天千代田小学 & Japanese 奉天の千代田小学校). The name Chiyoda is due to the name of a major road nearby. Since the year of 1949, it was an institute educating those whose parents were members of the Chinese Communist Party with positions of certain level in the army, party or the government of Northeastern China.

President

Li Liqun(李立群)is the first president of the school, whose husband Gao Gang（高崗） led the government of Northeastern China.
