Beginning to come together.. Some more links to everestnews.com required, particularly the interview that detailed Dan's thoughts when he found Lincoln Hall. I'd also like to 'name' the climber(s) with Dan (his clients) who also gave up their summit attempts (which presumably they had paid for..) - for the sake of fairness.

Also I'd like to pick up on Dan's (and his company's) attitude towards the Himalayan environment and its people. There is a common thread here with several other notable climbers who have devoted themselves in life (and in the case of Chantal Mauduit in the foundation that continued after her death) to the environment and the people who lived in the country in which they climbed.Tban 15:00, 4 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
