Hi Khiikat. Please stop removing the {{Di-orphaned fair use}} template from this file's page. Non-free files are required to be used in at least one article per non-free content use criterion #7 and those which are not are subject to speedy deletion per Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion#F5. Orphaned non-free use images. Continuing to remove the template as long as the file is not being used in an article is not going to stop it from being deleted, and will eventually be seen as disruptive editing. Just for reference, files which are deleted aren't gone forever, but rather only hidden from public review and can be restored at a later date per Wikipedia:Requests for undeletion; so, if the file is deleted, you can always request that it be restored once the draft you're working on has been approved as an article. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:53, 7 November 2018 (UTC)
