Osman Kulenović (15 December 1889, Rajinovci, Bosnia and Herzegovina - 7 June 1947, Zagreb, Croatia) was a Bosniak politician.

Osman Kulenović served as vice-president of the NDH government for a short period of time (April 1941 - November 1941). Then he was replaced by his brother, Džafer-beg Kulenović. However, he kept worked with the NDH regime in Ministry of Foreign Affairs until May 1943, when he retired.

He surrendered to the British in May 1945 and was given to the Yugoslavian government. He was sentenced to death and executed in Zagreb on 7 June 1947, at the age of 57.
